Intimacy Coaching Sessions
for Individuals and Couples

In coaching sessions you will receive my undivided attention relating to the intimacy and sexuality topics you choose. My intention is to support you in being more present with your erotic nature so that you can experience more freedom, joy and love. In sessions with me you will have the opportunity to slow down and connect with parts of yourself that are often rushed passed. Intimacy and Ecstatic Sex begin with a deep connection to oneself in body, heart, and spirit. Therefore, my sessions often focus on personal awareness and self-love. In the safe and sacred environment in which we explore, you are always at choice. All exercises are done with complete consent.

Some topics clients have enjoyed exploring in the past are: making sex meaningful, creating connection through body language and authentic communication, cultivating ejaculatory choice, expanding orgasm, releasing past trauma and pain, embracing the erotic through the sacred art of erotic dance, moving from blame and anger into love, transforming body image, shadow play/integration,  unveiling the mystery of the female genitalia, and exploring the “sacred spot.”

Some practices we might play with include breath-work, strengthening the sex muscles, grounding, eye-gazing, intimacy and communication tools, ritual, dance, sounding, and energy work.

Please understand, I am offering a healing and educational experience related to intimacy and sexuality. If you are looking for an explicitly sexual experience or a surrogate relationship, you will be happier somewhere else.
