What do I need to do to schedule a session with you?

After I have received your answers we will talk on the phone to ask and answer any remaining questions and schedule a session. Please review the FAQ page before we talk on the phone.
What happens in an Intimacy Coaching session? Will we just be sitting and talking? Will we be naked?
My work is heart and body centered. I highly value experiential
learning and incorporate exercises and experiences to that end. That
said, some sessions include a good deal of sitting and talking. Every
one of my sessions is different. I work intuitively and creatively
without a formula. It is difficult for me to imagine how I might work
with you without knowing more about your history, intention, and what
is presenting itself in the moment of our meeting. Therefore, I cannot
say if nudity will feel appropriate or how exactly we will use our time.
I can assure you that I will respect your boundaries and I trust that
you will respect mine.
In the beginning of each session we will check in and I will ask you what your intention is for your session. From that point there are many directions in which we might work. Some of the possibilities include:
Is this Tantra/Do you do Tantric Massage?
Tantra means many
things to many people. For me, Tantra is a practice in being present,
moving energy, and connecting our physical and spiritual aspects.
Honoring our bodies as sacred and our spirits as guides, we are able to
tap into deeper, more meaningful sexuality and a more fulfilling life experience. Embracing
ourselves exactly as we are in each moment without an agenda is a
healing and heart-opening experience. I enjoy serving people in
this awakening.
Tantra is a spiritual path that is said to have originated in India and Tibet. There are different branches of it, and widely varying ideas within those branches. Out of great respect for those who have studied in ashrams and devoted their lives to ancient teachings and rigorous practices, I do not consider myself a Tantrika. I have not been initiated into a specific lineage. I have, however studied and practiced devotion to the human body and spirit, energy, and sacred sexuality. I am happy to share what I know with you.
There are many people offering "Tantric Massage." This usually involves the whole body, including the genitals, and for men often culminates with ejaculation until you have been taught more advanced techniques for retaining your semen and experiencing full body orgasms. I will teach you these techniques if you are interested in them. My service, however, is NOT Tantric Massage or any other kind of massage. As I mentioned before, it is difficult to say what will happen in session until we are there. I share the skills and energy that I believe will serve your intention best. We might be very surprised by what comes through. Please do not come to me with an expectation for Tantric Massage. If you are interested in knowing more about yourself and open to a practice of being present, I am looking forward to working with you.
If you are coming in with a partner, I will be happy to guide you in your physical connection after we have established a solid foundation of safety and intimacy.

How can you help me with premature ejaculation or erectile issues?
I will teach you ejaculation control techniques and consult with you
about options for supporting your erections. My main focus will be on
helping you be present. Regardless of how practiced you are at
physical techniques, it will be difficult to employ them if your whole
being is not on board. Using all of the above exercises to help you
shift from performance-based sex to full being presence and truly intimate connection, we will be
helping your erections and your ejaculation issues.
I will support you in becoming aware of where your energy is, assist you in feeling and expressing any emotions that are blocking your full enjoyment of each moment, and help you to train your thoughts to support the blossoming of your sexual energy and expression. When awareness is body-heart centered and the mind can relax, erections happen naturally (unless there is a physiological inability to have them) and early ejaculation patterns are interrupted. Even if there is a physiological inability to achieve or maintain an erection, through the practice of embracing each moment and sensation you will be able to feel and enjoy subtle energies, giving and receiving love and pleasure for hours on end.
My sessions are quite nurturing, nourishing, and often transformative. My clients are finding themselves awakening their sexual energy and creativity in ways they had imagined to be impossible. Their erections are coming back, their hearts are opening and their relationships are becoming closer, more sexually enjoyable, and more hopeful.
How long are sessions?
Intimacy Coaching Sessions are about 2 hours long. This time allows us to settle in to
the sacred space we create and to explore from a variety of directions.
I ask that if you have an extra half hour available that you leave it
open in your schedule so that we may stay present with your process
instead of feeling rushed for time. We will most likely finish in 2 hours, but it can be helpful to you to have
plenty of time to ground and transition back into the rest of your day.
Heart-centered Counseling, Reiki, and Sacred Song & Sounding Sessions are about one hour.
What are your fees?
Intimacy coaching sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $199-309
regardless of whether you come in as an individual or a couple. I trust
you to
determine and honor where you belong on the scale. Fees are for
coaching only and will not change according to what transpires in
session.*
One hour heart-centered counseling sessions are offered for $109-159.*
Reiki and Sacred Sounding sessions are $75-129.*
*Please determine what you are able to generously offer in exchange for the skill and devotion I invest our time together. It is my intention to powerfully contribute to the healing and awakening of the planet while being abundantly supported.

When are you available?
I generally schedule private sessions M-F starting between 9:30am and 4pm. If
these times don't work for you, I will do my best to accommodate your
scheduling needs. I am not usually available for same day sessions.
Obviously the intake process takes time and I prepare myself energetically for your session long before we meet.
