Womb~n~Songs is a gathering for sharing women's wisdom and songs. Offering our prayers to the Divine Feminine, we celebrate the cycles of life, the sacredness of our bodies and our connections to each other through simple songs. This particular circle falls on Lunar Samhain, a potent time to connect with our ancestors and guidance from the Spirit Realm. We'll use this opportunity to literally hold each other in letting go... of loved ones lost, of limiting beliefs, of anything which we are no longer served by holding on to. Samhain (pronounced sow-in) is the original Halloween, or witches' New Year. And as we sing, "Witches are wise, wise women they say, there's a little witch in every woman today." As we enter into the dark period of the year, let's take advantage of the thinning of the veil between the worlds.

Giving voice to the heart can be terrifying in this culture. We have been wounded, judged, and ultimately learned how to hide and shut down our soft parts so they don't get crushed. In Tantra we are called to integrate the parts of us that hide out in the shadows. We find liberation through accepting and inviting each aspect as it arises. Join us for a healing journey in a sacred and supportive circle. Explore. Play. Discover more of who you are. Be vibrated to your very core, releasing shame and revealing your essence.

Please arrive in a prayerful state, cleansed and ready to connect authentically with yourself, others, and all of life. Bring something for the altar that represents a part of you you'd like to give voice to. If you have them, bring chimes, bells, singing bowls, and rattles. I am so excited to share this Love emanation with you!

Sacred Tantra pujas are open to all levels of experience. The exercises can be sensual, intimate and deeply moving but are not sexual and are designed to see the divine in each other. Pujas are gender balanced.  Couples have the option of remaining with each other for the entire evening.

Our breasts are connected to our heart chakras.  Healing the shame and fear we feel about our breasts can assist us in opening to Love and expanding pleasure.

Join us to awaken connection with your breasts. Learn about the structure of your breasts. Discover how to support lymph drainage and to care for your breasts for maximum health and pleasure. Clear and release energy blockages and emotional hooks that are not serving your highest and best experience.

No nudity required. Partial nudity will be a welcomed option and part of demonstration.

This playful and nourishing event supports participants in connecting authentically with themselves before and during physical and emotional connections with others. Setting clear boundaries creates more freedom for deep exploration and sacred connection. The safer we feel, the more we can drop into our bodies and access the wisdom and pleasure that reside there.

This is a free event which introduces simple tools that apply to everyday life. There will be no nudity or sexually explicit games or exercises in this event. Attendance may be required before participation in rituals or other events that involve touch, erotic energy, or possible nudity.

Chris Garrison and I will offer a FREE introductory evening of exploration for those of you who are interested in our Sacred Sexuality Course for Couples. Come find out more about how our classes  look and feel and how they might support your intimacy, sexuality, and partnership.

Sacred Intimacy and Sexuality for Couples

This class is facilitated by Karly Loveling and Chris Garrison.

The class is offered on a sliding scale from $383-696 per couple.

This course is an opportunity to deepen your intimacy with your partner, speak freely about and explore your relationship to sex and the divine, and learn and integrate tools to expand those connections. We learn about the roles of giving and receiving, breath-work, eye-gazing, and ways to lengthen and enjoy sexual connections. We do ritual, experiential exercises, group sharing, and partner play within a very safe and sacred container. Your choice is always respected. There is no group nudity or explicitly sexual exploration. There is optional nudity in private space with your partner on some occasions.

Past participants reported: "Thank you for providing such a warm, nurturing space for us to explore together. Never before had we embarked upon such an "us" focused time for our sex and sexuality together and it was huge.  The class brought me a deeper sense of connectedness to myself and my partner, a groundedness in our sexuality together, and confidence in our ability to hold and explore together. Darkness Retreats

Retreating into total darkness is a tradition in many spiritual paths. The Hopi's birth their children in darkness and remain there for a month, the Sufis have a darkroom retreat in Ireland, the Taoists have a 31 room darkroom retreat in Thailand, and there is a 10 year Tibetan Buddhist training that leads to a 49 day Darkness Retreat in the Bon Po tradition. These retreats are an opportunity to step outside of the world of distractions, allow the body to rest and revitalize, and connect deeply to your inner truth. Retreats can be experienced alone or with a partner, and we ask for $40-60 per day and suggest a minimum three days. Longer retreats are available this season.
